SEX ED FOR STRANGE TIMES

An Online Course for High School Students Living the Pandemic Life

Adolescence is challenging enough when we aren’t in a pandemic, and this generation of teens is having to navigate unprecedented hardships – feelings of loneliness, depression, and anxiety, intensified reliance on family members (at a time when they would ordinarily be becoming more socially independent), and limited or nonexistent opportunities to explore normal questions about their own and others' sexual and gender identities, dating, and sexual feelings.

Sex Ed for Strange Times is an 8-week course designed to help teens understand healthy sexual development, learn skills for making choices that are respectful of themselves and others, and find emotional and social support to cope with the extraordinary challenges unique to this time.
